1. We ensure all items are 100% specially picked by us. Those customer (high demanders, perfectionists) kindly purchase from the boutique stores to avoid any unnecessary issues.
  2. We offer instalment services. 2 times (deposit + balance) instalment can be made for an order. If you are not able to pay in full, your deposit is not refundable.
  3. Items will have to paid in full before delivery.
  4. Most items are in Preorder basis. Ready Stock Items will specially stated. Preorder takes 7-14 working days to receive ; Ready stock takes 1-3 working days.
  5. Non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-returnable. 
  6. We will provide proof of postage and tracking number after posting out. We shall not be responsible for any delay, lost parcel, damage etc caused by courier service / third party.
